Simplified Method of
Viewing Norman L. Rehme’s 3D Fine Art Prints
Below are links to more information and further exercises to learning how to view my stereo images. First, just keep it simple.
If you have one of my promotional cards, open it up so that the two images are 2 to 3 feet away directly in front of you. If you are at your computer do the same with the images below.
As a simple exercise, look at the two dots above the photos and cross your eyes only a little until they become three. It is the center one that is important. Once you stabilize the center dot of the three, lower your eyes into the 3D world of the photograph. Or, just cross you eyes a little until the two images become three and pay attention to the center image.
It will “pop” into focus and be an amazing 3 dimensional miracle. When it does, spend time looking and searching around in the image. Little things like a twig or flower will surprise you. You will think you can walk right into the print.
If you are viewing one of my large Giclee prints, stand about 8 feet away. If you are having trouble, move back a little to make it easier.
That’s it. If it doesn’t work at first, keeping trying!! It will be well worth it.
Don’t worry, your mother was wrong and your eyes won’t get stuck in that position.
